1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YouParty, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

YouTube API Services: By using YouParty, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, as YouParty integrates with YouTube API Services to provide video content functionality.

2. Description of Service

YouParty is a video streaming and karaoke platform that allows users to create channels, add videos, and enjoy music together in a social environment. The service includes features for video management, user interactions, and subscription-based premium features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • YouTube content is subject to YouTube's own terms and policies
  • We do not control YouTube content and are not responsible for its availability or accuracy
  • You can revoke YouParty's access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google security settings
  • We may store and process YouTube data as necessary to provide our service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it
  • You must have the right to share any content you upload
  • We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
